Name the beast. Type out exactly what you are avoiding and why it scares or bores you. Getting it out of your head destroys half its power instantly.

Micro-Slicing

We forbid you from doing the whole task. You are only allowed to define a piece so small (a 5-minute action) that your brain literally cannot justify failing at it.

The Shred

The timer starts, the excuses are deleted. The goal isn't completion; the goal is momentum. Once physics takes over, bodies in motion stay in motion.
